SHIPPING POLICY
Welcome to Angelic Beads' shipping policy section. We offer shipping to all parts of the world, and our shipping rates are affordable. We also ensure that all our products are packaged with utmost care, so that they arrive to you in perfect condition.

Orders are processed Monday– Saturday, excluding federal holidays. Check your shipping email for more information.
Orders will ship after they have been processed.
Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable.

If your order was marked delivered by us but you have not received it:

Double check the shipping address on your order—if it’s missing an apartment number or has a missing digit somewhere, your package was likely delivered to the wrong address and you should contact the carrier for more information

Check with your neighbor(s) to see if they may be holding it for you (it’s more common than you might expect!)

Wait 2 days—it can take this long for a carrier to correct their mistake Angelic Beads is not responsible for missing, stolen, lost or tampered packages.

RETURN POLICY & CANCELATIONS
At Angelic Beads, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase, unfortunately we do not accept returns.

If any product arrives damaged, please contact us via email, TikTok, or Instagram and send us a photo of the item. You can return it to us, and we will repair it and reimburse you for the shipping costs.
